Bunneeeee! (I think.)
Finally got around to doing something with the kids' drawings I had compiled. Not too sure what they're is gonna end up as; maybe patches or pouches.
Dinooooo. (Or maybe a lizard of some sort.)
Here's another one, this time done with thicker thread. I can't quite get that rope stitch thingy to make it neater, so this is pure backstitch all the way.
Blackwork birds
Then, there's this. In the midst of my obsession with blackwork, I do this. Filling in bird outlines with blackwork patterns isn't the crazy part. The crazy part is doing it all on canvas with single thread.
Which may explain all those blurry photos I've been complaining about. Bad pics may not be the result of the cameras, but my failing eyesight, because I'M TRYING TO KILL MYSELF DOING PROJECTS LIKE THIS!
Seriously, there comes a point when you realize you're insane. I have come to that point.
