Reworking the Shirts

I didn't know what to do the past few days (beside chores, I mean) and I'm stuck again withthat ami doll I'm trying to make so I decided to take a break from it and whip up some shirts for Pip. I dug around in her closet and, sure enough, found some hand-me-downs from the boys in the bottom of her shirt pile. The yellow beach bear shirt was from her (boy, yes boy. don't ask me why) cousin. It was like 2 sizes too big but she really loved the bear. i shaped the sides up to fit her little frame and shortened the sleeves. It's still a bit too big but at least she doesn't look like she'd drown in it. The blue Snoopy shirt was an okay size but still looked too boyish so i shaped the sides up to fit more snugly and cut the seams off the sleeves and put a little box pleat there to give it some girly. Anyway, they turned out nice. And, as always, Pip was thrilled with both. They go well with her leggings.
