Crafty Excuses

I'm crafting, I swear! I have the excuses to prove it:

1. 93 degrees in the shade, dude! My brain has melted from the heat. *shakes head for sloshing sound* See?
2. I can't make a mess of myself with paints and glues 'cause there's no water. Stupid El Nino.
3. What I made isn't post-worthy. Like the gadget cozy I re-knitted to actually fit the gadget. Who wants to see the same thing again? (Did anyone even want to see it the first time around?)
4. I ran out of brown thread. Honest.
5. I hurted myself; gashed my thumb with a screwdriver. (Who said crafting ain't dangerous?) Had to get TWO tetanus shots. Ow.
